JEZIKOVNI TEDNI

Šolske počitnice so v polnem teku in večina dijakov in dijakinj uživa zasluženi oddih.
Učne ure, razlage in ogledi so potekali v ciljnem jeziku.

MAKE YOUR STUDY WEEK IN DUBLIN FABULOUS!

Would you like to improve your English while having an amazing experience? You’d probably prefer hanging out with friends while wandering around a big city and relaxing at a hotel, but attending English classes, going sightseeing and staying with a hosting family will definitely be a great adventure for you.

We recommend a study week in a beautiful city like Dublin. Why don’t study at the ATC language school in the very centre of Dublin with very friendly teachers willing to help you improve your English with many interactive tasks? The school is near the city centre. Get off at  St Stephen’s Green Luas stop, cross the park and walk to the ATC language school, where the lessons start at 9.00 and finish at 12.30.

Dublin is a beautiful city, very clean and green, and the people are very friendly. With the ATC school you can go and visit many attractions like the longest library in Europe, the Old Library, and the Book of Kells, which are the most important attractions in Ireland, the Guinness Storehouse, the National Museum of Ireland, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the Castle of Dublin, and Glendalough and Wicklow at the weekend.  We loved the Victorian architecture, and the bridges along the river Liffey were stunning!

In the afternoons you can have free time in Temple Bar,  one of the most famous areas in Dublin, and try Irish coffee and some traditional specialities or have a walk and rest in St. Stephen’s Green, where the atmosphere is so romantic because of the many swans and wonderful flower beds. If you are a shopaholic, you can go shopping in the most famous shopping streets like Grafton Street, O’Connels Street and Henry Street.

In the evening you can have dinner in an Irish pub where you can eat some typical Irish food, like Irish stew, and listen to live music. When you choose to study English at ATC language school, you live in an Irish family and this is a good opportunity to improve your English. The families are very friendly and helpful. They cook traditional Irish dinners for you and in the mornings you can try porridge with Irish tea. Their houses are very cosy and comfortable.

We recommend a study week in Dublin because our week was fantastic; we had a complete experience by improving our English, meeting new people and being independent in a new country. To cut a long story short: we have fallen in love with Dublin and Irish people.
